With an extensive background rooted in elite athletic development and executive coaching, Kyle holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management and a master's degree in health and Fitness Performance. His credentials include the prestigious NSCA - CSCS, Mental Performance Mastery (MPM), 7th Level NEPQ certifications, and CEC - ICF - ACC Credentials as an Executive Coach through St. Joseph's University & the Center for Executive Coaching. Drawing on years of experience as a Head baseball coach, General Manager, physical education teacher, professional baseball instructor, athletic director, and collegiate recruiting advisor, Kyle takes a positive-psychology approach to coaching. He believes that true growth comes from empowering young athletes with the tools to take ownership of their decisions—fostering resilience in the classroom, on the field, and through the college recruiting journey. When he isn't mentoring athletes or leading workshops, Kyle lives in Northern California, with his wife and four children, maintaining an active lifestyle rooted in strength training, continuous learning, and family.

Currently serving as the Head Baseball Coach at Eastlake High School, Matt brings over a decade of championship coaching and club development experience, having previously spent five seasons at Bellevue High School, co-founding Bucs Baseball Club, and coaching for three years at the prestigious Arizona Fall Classic Academic Showcase. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Matt was team captain of Newport High School's 2001 State Championship team before competing at the Division I level at Georgetown University, where he earned a B.A. in History ('06). Complementing his athletic career, Matt enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2007 and has spent 15 years leading defense-sector financial operations at Boeing and Booz Allen Hamilton. He brings this unique convergence of military service, corporate financial rigor, and proven player development directly to Anchor families—mentoring student-athletes to build structured routines, master high-pressure environments, and command their recruitment pathways.

Originally from Sunnyvale, California, Jason played baseball and basketball at The King's Academy, graduating in 2005. He continued his baseball career at Kansas State University, where he spent three years as a left-handed relief pitcher before graduating in 2009. Jason returned to The King's Academy as the varsity pitching coach and junior varsity girls basketball coach from 2010–2013, while also coaching summer travel baseball with Trosky and South Bay Sports. After relocating to Washington, he served as the pitching coach at Interlake High School from 2014–2022. He also coached 15U–18U travel baseball with Boys of Summer from 2013–2019, the Washington A's from 2019–2021, and Canes Washington from 2021–2022. Alongside his athletic and coaching experience, Jason's 15-year sales career has strengthened his understanding of preparation, accountability, and performing under pressure. Building relationships, pursuing demanding goals, and navigating setbacks require many of the same mental skills athletes need to succeed: confidence, adaptability, discipline, and resilience. At Anchor MPC, he draws on these experiences to help athletes focus on what they can control, respond constructively to adversity, and build habits that support growth both on and off the field. Jason lives in Manhattan, Kansas, with his wife, Jessica, their three children Jason Jr., Teigan, and Marley and their Golden Retrievers, Frank and Donnie.

Currently serving as the Varsity Head Baseball Coach at Mountlake Terrace High School, Ryan has guided his program to three consecutive state tournament appearances (2022–2024), a District Championship, and 2024 WESCO Coach of the Year honors. His coaching track record spans over a decade across high school varsity, JV, academy leadership with Laces Baseball Academy, and specialized private player development. Before coaching, Ryan established one of the Pacific Northwest’s most decorated collegiate resumes of the past two decades. An All-American two-way standout, he was named NWAC Player of the Year in 2012 at Everett Community College before competing nationally at powerhouse Lewis-Clark State College, earning All-American honors and leading the Warriors to the Avista NAIA World Series. His sustained dominance earned him selections to both the NWAC All-Decade First Team (2010–2020) and the Lewis-Clark State College All-Decade Second Team (2014–2024), culminating in his induction into the Everett Community College Athletic Hall of Fame. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies and a Master’s in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University, Ryan also serves as a Physical Education and Health educator at Meadowdale High School. He leverages his pedagogical background and high-performance experience to provide Anchor athletes with personalized development plans, mental composure frameworks, and clear, realistic roadmaps to the collegiate level.

A 3-time All-Conference infielder across two competitive collegiate levels, Kyle finished his undergraduate career ranked in the top five in program history for career batting average at Wheaton College (.351 career average, 213 career hits). He subsequently competed on a full-ride scholarship at Indiana Wesleyan University, earning his Master’s in Sports Leadership while mentoring the next wave of collegiate prospects. Renowned for his discipline in the classroom as well as on the diamond, Kyle was named a 2024 CSC Academic All-American Finalist, a 2024 CCIW Student-Athlete of the Year Finalist, a 3-time CSC Academic All-District selection, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics. Having coached elite high school club teams across the Pacific Northwest over the past several years, Kyle specializes in helping Anchor student-athletes establish sustainable daily routines, command high-leverage competition, and navigate the recruitment landscape to secure academic and athletic opportunities at the collegiate level.

Caleb Cox joined the Anchor Mental Performance team in the summer of 2026 as a performance coach while also taking the reins of Doherty High School's Varsity Baseball Program in Colorado Springs.

Before this, Cox joined the UCCS coaching staff in the summer of 2025 after holding multiple positions within high school and college baseball. He was in charge of the development of the team's catching staff while also assisting in social media coordination and camp facilitation. Prior to UCCS, Cox worked as a college recruiting advisor for 3 years, assisting high school, junior college, and transfer portal athletes throughout the recruiting process and successfully placing over 75 athletes in college. In the summer of 2022, Caleb Cox was named the eighth, and youngest, head coach in Garden City Community College Baseball history at the age of 25, coming to Garden City after a stint as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Regis University, where the Rangers took second in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference — their highest finish in school history. Before Regis, Cox was a graduate assistant at Colorado State University-Pueblo, and prior to that spent the 2020 season as catcher's coach at Butler Community College. Cox began his collegiate playing career as a catcher at Butler Community College before signing with Arkansas Little-Rock and finishing his career at Pittsburg State. He grew up in Broomfield, Colorado, the son of former big league catcher Darron Cox and brother of San Francisco Giants outfielder Jonah Cox. He is certified in Rapsodo Pitching and Hitting Data Metric Systems, blending an "old school" upbringing with "new school" player development techniques. Cox earned his bachelor's degree from Pittsburg State University in Business Management and currently resides in Colorado Springs with his wife Brittany and two sons, Beckham and Maverick.
